چکیده

Soybean is a legume crop rich in protein and oil. Symbiotic nitrogen fixation plays an important role the growth of soybean. The type-III effectors such as NopT NopP are signaling factors for establishment symbiosis In this study, analysis nodulation soybean after inoculation with HH103ΩNopT, HH103ΩNopP, HH103ΩNopT&NopP indicated crosstalking between NopP. Further, we aimed to identify genes involved pathway underlying crosstalk using RNA-seq analysis. Five identified candidate were confirmed be induced by expression GmPBS1 significantly increased much larger extent than that other four was inoculated or HH103ΩNopT&NopP. interaction via bimolecular fluorescence complementation. Finally, overexpression hairy roots indicate can regulate negative effect on nodulation, regulation related NopT. Collectively, our results suggested during soybean, have network hub gene.

Rhizobial Nodulation Genes nodIJ

Although many aand some b-proteobacterial species are symbiotic with legumes, the evolutionary origin of nitrogenfixing nodulation remains unclear. We examined aand b-proteobacteria whose genomes were sequenced using largescale phylogenetic profiling and revealed the evolutionary origin of two nodulation genes. These genes, nodI and nodJ (nodIJ), play key roles in the secretion of Nod factors, ...

Hijacking of leguminous nodulation signaling by the rhizobial type III secretion system.

Root-nodule symbiosis between leguminous plants and nitrogen-fixing bacteria (rhizobia) involves molecular communication between the two partners. Key components for the establishment of symbiosis are rhizobium-derived lipochitooligosaccharides (Nod factors; NFs) and their leguminous receptors (NFRs) that initiate nodule development and bacterial entry. Here we demonstrate that the soybean micr...

Non-rhizobial nodulation in legumes

Legume Rhizobium associations are undoubtedly form the most important N2-fixing symbiosis and play a subtle role in contributing nitrogen and maintaining/improving soil fertility. A great diversity in the rhizobial species nodulating legumes has been recognized, which belongs to α subgroup of proteobacteria covering the genera, Rhizobium, Sinorhizobium (renamed as Ensifer), Mesorhizobium, Brady...

Type III effectors in action

The way proteins are translocated across the peroxisomal membrane is poorly understood. Though the existence of transient pores in the membrane had been proposed, their identification had remained elusive until now. In a new study, Erdmann and colleagues tagged peroxisomal matrix protein receptor Pex5p and isolated three Pex5p-containing complexes from yeast peroxisomal membranes. These three c...
